Q: I’m a system administrator for a small call center with a Siemens Hipath PBX and ProCenter 5.1 ACD server software. What can I use to run historical reports, and what is the maximum amount of time that call data can be storedusing ProCenter?
A: You can run reports with data from a Design Database, Production Database or from a Central Reporting Database.
Historical data can only be pulled for as far back as what is defined in the Procenter server for call data. This information is found in the Administrator application under statistical settings.
Below is the maximum amount of time that call data can be stored in ProCenter 5.1:
- 15 min data 42 days
- Daily data 100 days
- Weekly data 53 weeks
- Monthly data 25 months
- Agent time in State 6 weeks
- Call data 30 days
- Admin Audit Data 60 days
- Error data 60 days
Call-by-call data is variable for each site and is dependent on the call volume at your call center.
It’s recommended that the call center data be archived by running the necessary reports as soon as it’s required and before the data is purged. The reports can be stored in a suitable format, i.e., Excel.
